Create a male and female Sim and their 6 toddlers in CAS.
(recommend: neat & active family sims - one nice, one outgoing)
Move them unto a small lot. (Start with a single floor with room for stairs.)
(recommend: two big rooms - one for sleep & one for activity - & a bath or two)
Without using any cheats or hacks, raise the toddlers through their teen years.
(You can sell back items that don't appreciate.)
For each child:

Encouragement +10 for each point changed
Growing Up Platinum +50, Gold +25, Green +10, Red 0
Taught Homework skills +25
A+ memory (once per child) +50
Private School +50
Skill level x10 (10 points for the first point in a skill, PLUS 20 for the second, etc.)
ie, 6 points in body = 60 + 50 + 40 + 30 + 20 + 10 =210
Friends (not best friends) x10
Best friends x50
First Kiss +50
Top in career field +50
Add points for parents too.
For an easier challenge, use toddler blankets; but deduct 500 points. (Because of the time it takes for all six children and their friends to disembark the school bus, you may use the "hack" from moreawesomethanyou.com that keeps someone from blocking the path of the next person off the bus.)
